Good Ol' Days › Cuisine

Food aboard

Every meal for the week is cooked aboard, from scratch, by a private chef who plans the menu around your group before you ever step on the boat.

Chef Olga cooks the whole week

Chef Olga plans the week around your group and shops for it fresh — island ingredients, long lunches on the water, and proper sit-down dinners. Nothing arrives frozen in a box and nothing is reheated from a charter-company menu. She cooks what your group actually wants to eat.

Built around you, not a fixed menu

Before the trip you fill out a preference sheet, and that is genuinely what gets cooked. Every menu is fully customizable:

The bar

The open bar is included: beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks, plus barista coffee throughout. The wine list is worth calling out — Captain John is a certified sommelier, so what is aboard is chosen rather than whatever the provisioner had. Tell us what you drink and it will be waiting.

Cooking equipment aboard

A full galley plus a pizza oven and a BBQ on deck, which is why pizza nights and grilled dinners under the stars end up being what people remember.

All meals, snacks, the open bar and barista coffee are included in the weekly rate. Meals taken ashore are not, and are arranged by your captain wherever you want to go.
